"BUNDU INN LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE"
02 July 2014"RECEPTION AND CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE POORWe appreciate that we had a room to sleep in, at least after a "good samaritan" nightwatchman assisted us, though after some interrogation. We had failed getting anyone on the phone (landline and mobile). We arrived just before 10pm from Botswana and found we were "locked out", after our booking and half-payment. The watchman had no instructions or any idea that we were coming.THE NEXT MORNINGIn the morning we went to ask for "promised breakfast" and we were told there was no gas to prepare some food items we needed. Wow!WINTER BLUESThe one duvet and blanket just aren't enough for the chilly winter. And that heater, what difference can it make? And, oh, we had thought we were paying for a bath and shower room, but it was a shower only. An Executive room? That is a joke!ANYWAY, THE ROOMS THEMSELVES ARE SOMEHOW NOT BAD, ORDINARY THOUGH!THANK YOUNOTE: SAFARINOW SERVICE IS THE BEST!"

10 September 2012"Expect not to be greeted at reception as this office and service is not available over weekends. When we arrived it required a phone call to try and find out whether Bundu Inn was actually open for business. The overall impression was not good. (area dirty, windows dirty etc. etc.) The rooms were comfortable and the friendliness of Ayanda (manager) compensated somewhat. But, at R600 per room I am sure there are better options available. I am sure that attention to detailed cleanliness of the Inn and better reception of guests over weekends the Inn could look great."
