Rondebosch Loft

This is an ultra-modern, loft apartment with stunning mountain views. It offers open-plan living and lock-up and go facilities.

The apartment has an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. Downstairs twin bed sleeping is around the corner from the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs is the loft bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. Each bathroom has heated towel rails, a shower, toilet and basin. The apartment sleeps four; ideally two couples or a couple with small children.

The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. Linen and towels are supplied. The apartment is in Rondebosch, just a 12-minute drive from Cape Town City and the Waterfront and 20 minutes from the Atlantic Sea Board beaches. There is secure, under-cover parking on the grounds. All amenities are close by; shops, restaurants, library, station and public transport are within a one minute walking distance.

    "Let me first state that the venue was booked for my mother and her church members this is what she had to say: "The apartment is majestic as it has all the creature comforts to make one feel at home. Linda sent a detailed list of amenities, things to do and how to get around. The furniture is wonderful and immaculately kept, Linda and Steve also went out of their way to accommodate us by picking us up at the conference (Church) and dropping us off. I would definitely say this has been the most accommodating venue I have stayed at. I will be staying at this venue the next time I visit the Western Cape. Those were the words of Ntombizodwa Mazibuko (My mother who I had booked this venue for)."

    "The apartment at TheRondebosch is a well situated, very comfortable and clean apartment. We received a complimentary bottle of welcome wine on arrival. I really appreciated that the owner ensured that there were necessities such as tea, coffee, milk, toilet paper,wifietc. available on arrival.For my next business trip, I will definitely be staying there again - it is so much better than staying in a tiny hotel room - Thanks Linda<p></p>"

    "We have just got home after a 4 day stay at 616. The apartment was perfect. Centrally located for UCT, shopping center very close. Lovely comfortable beds and a view of the mountain that is hard to beat. The free WiFi was a great extra benefit and the info booklet that is in the apartment gave us great tips about Cape Town!"
