"Rooms are beautifully clean.The gardens and surroundings are beautiful. The pool is lovely. Housekeeping and maintenance is a bit slow to respond to problems. The bathroom towel rack was broken on arrival, so nowhere to hang wet towels.Only one towel provided for the double bedroom, when asking for an extra towel for the room, they had to be reminded 8 hours later for an extra towel. Towel rack was not fixed during stay. No extra toilet paper was provided once the roll was less than half (stayed for 3 nights).There is no mini fridge in the room to keep water or anything cold. The restaurants ala cart meals are terrible. The service is bad. The food is bad. You dont get what you ordered and everything you want to order is not availableAll in all the stay was fine. Just dont make use of the restaurant."

"Beautiful gardens, the landscape and the dam are so amazing, definitely planning to visit again!Suggestion:Receptionists should be friendly and welcoming. The reception should not be left unattended."

"Mildew in bathroom No hairdryer Would have loved a small fridge to keep our water cold Some other guests urinated right in front of our wedding party at the river side No fans in the wedding hall Guests were still hungry and food were removed - lots left over, though Carpet in our room was dirty Flies all over fruit in the restaurant at breakfast On positive side - beautiful scenery Waiters at the wedding reception were friendly and helpful"
