• "External Facilities: braai area, swiming & playland for kids"

  "Areas of improvement:1. Cleanliness:The cleanliness of the rooms was not in line with expectation, viz. the rooms had huge cockroaches & spiders, ants, etc, were running around. Such is not expected if rooms are cleaned daily and thoroughly each time. It appears insets are not treated as part of a routine.2. Linen:The sheets were not ironed at all - looks like they were taken straight from the washing line back to the bed. In some instances, the linen was actually dirty - probably unchanged from the last guest. People using the bed and had to be remove it.3. Utilities:The stove in one of the units, the gas cylinder was empty and as a results we could not cook. This means that there is no regular inspection before checking-in the next guest.4. Responsiveness:4.1 There was no response when calling for assistance in the evening of the first to report the shortcomings, eg the fact that the room with the stove had not gas. We could not cook as planned. 4.2 The rooms only have the remote for the decoder but not the TV. Some guests could not watch anything at all. 4.3 One of the extension cords at room 7 (the one without gas) tripped every time something is plagued-on, eg the two-burner stove.4.4 There is no regular presence in the reception to attend to walk-ins from the guests"

  "I'm so disappointed and sad to inform the management that we had a horrible stay and unacceptable treatment from Charmaine. I thought the residents get a preference to the facilities but hell no Charmaine told us on Saturday we are allowed in the park but not to disturb the day visitors(could not braai since all the stands were occupied), and now we had to hire the chairs (R10 pp)to sit in the park (hidden costs) and we are told the reason being the owners of the park and the lodge are different people (we were not aware) Charmaine said to me we want everything for "FREE" oh my goodness we paid for accommodation but we can not use the facilities as stipulated on the contract. I had to ask for cleaning services and toilet paper refills as if we're not existing . We slept for 4 nights on uncomfortable beds with same linen & towels.Bad experience we had and good-bye."

  "Home away from home. Nice place to be in, family oriented. Great area for kids to play, a bar with snooker and slots for adults. Units were clean and the staff very friendly. If you are group either family or friends to enjoy time together, look no further. Not far from Sun City and Royal Bafokeng stadium"

  "Adequate space, clean, perfect environment for kids to playIdeal for families or a couple of friends. Really enjoyed my stay. A few more directions on the national road may make it much easier to find for people without GPS. Pool only cleaned on request"

  "The place needs some renovating the rooms are just okay nothing wow about them, we went there with a couple of friends for some fun but were restricted and that I didnt appreciate because we paid to be there<br/><br/>There was no equality"

  "Accommodation was big and clean and comfortable. Pool was a blessing as it was very hot. There also is a big childrens playground. We enjoyed our dinner from the bar."
