Crayfish Quarters B&B

Crayfish Quarters B&B is located in the seaside village of Saldanha and offers its guests a view of Saldanha and the harbour.

Guests have a choice of staying in one of four Double Rooms with comfortable double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers. Two rooms have en-suite baths and showers. We can add a single bed for a child on request. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with a TV with DStv as well as a fridge, a kettle and tea and coffee facilities. We provide a full English breakfast and a breakfast pack is also available on request.

Evening meals can be supplied on request, rate is dependant on what the customer desires. It is generally R100.00 for the meal. Saldanha offers a variety of activities and is popular among the yachting fraternity and game fishing devotees. Located within a short drive is Langebaan with Club Mykonos, the Fossil Park and the West Coast Nature Reserve. A bit further away is Darling which has beautiful wild flowers during the flower season. Internet is also available, free of charge.

"Myself and my husband got at the B & B and there was no service at all we rang the bell several times. Finally one of the guests that was staying there let us in not even through the front but through their room they were using. Afterwards I phoned the numbers that was posted up on the wall I spoke to Noko the manager she said is not there then I phoned the other no. The lady said she will be there within 5 min. We waited for as long as 15 min then my husband got frustrated and decided that we are leaving the place. We then left the same way we came in through the guest room. Only then a lady and a man arrived and we told them we are unhappy and need a refund as we are leaving .I then phoned the manager Noko and told her about the bad service we received she said that she did not receive a payment yet and will reverse it back into my account ASAP."

"The establishment did not have out reservation on record. Luckily there was a room available. Enjoyed our stay. Everything you need. Clean and comfortable. Room 2 which we had has an external bathroom across the passage."

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Crayfish Quarters.The hostess was extra friendly,made the most amazing breakfast,the room was 5 star quality but would have like a bath except a shower for the winter weather.We would recommend this to anyone looking for a weekend or longer stay and we will definately be coming back again. "Booking in was friendly, quick and efficient. Beautiful view of the Saldanha area. Staying here was very peaceful and quiet for both nights.
