We are unique in being able to offer an urban retreat consisting of a collection of six individual guest houses with four swimming pools, set in four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, magnificent trees, and manicured lawns.

We are situated a mere five minutes' walk from the Sandton Gautrain Rapid Rail Transport Station, which is the central hub linked directly to the OR Tambo International Airport, the Sandton central business district, central Johannesburg and Pretoria. In addition, we are in very close proximity to the upmarket Hyde Park and Rosebank Business and Retail Nodes. Sandton is the biggest and most prestigious retail and office centre in Africa.

Our well-trained personnel pride themselves in providing you with personalised service. We focus mainly on discerning corporate guests and tourists visiting our country for the sole purpose of enjoying the wide range of attractions that make the country a premiere destination. With us, each guest is a person and not a room number.

Relax in our tranquil environment and at the same time enjoy unsurpassed meals prepared by our Executive Chef. This relieves you of the stress of making reservations or queuing for meals at overbooked restaurants. Breakfast is included in our daily rate and is served either in our main dining room, or in summer under the oak tree. Later, we also offer light meals at the outside terrace and pool areas. Lunch and dinner is served in our a la carte restaurant, and on selected days we offer dinner at our private boma “Under the African Sky”. We pride ourselves on our ability to offer private dining for our resident guests in the privacy of their respective houses. Should you so wish, we will prepare a personalised menu using the finest ingredients.

Acorn Lane can also provide conference facilities for a maximum of 24 delegates in our spacious meeting room. We have private break away areas, and these areas can be used as additional meeting and interview rooms. The usual visual aids and equipment are available.
