House Pax

This is a contemporary self-catering holiday home situated in Simons Town, with expansive views of the ocean. The house was designed to optimise the sunny views to the north and across False Bay, set on four levels.

The architectural design is intentionally minimalist with exposed concrete, lime-washed wood, galvanised metal and touches of bright colour. All bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas have underfloor heating.

At the lower garden level is the lock-up garage and two en-suite bedrooms. The entrance level is the living area with glass sliding doors opening onto the balcony, garden and swimming pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with a dishwasher and laundry facilities. A Weber barbecue is available in the yard.

The first floor accommodates the main bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a dressing room and a study area. A baby cot is located in the dressing room cupboard. The second floor accommodates another double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
