Royal Hotel

    "she is not a warm person and was very unprofessional for my liking.<br /><br />she never knew my meal arrangements and she was worried about when and how she was going to get paid for the accommodation, and she kept asking me about how she was going to get paid and when, i was very irritated.<br /><br />I decided to give her my sales coordinator"s contacts, I ordered supper and&nbsp; left for a driver<br /><br />I came back after 2 hours and my supper was not ready. received my supper after 3 hours, took a shower and left after 20:00 to go to my other outlet.<br /><br />while busy interacting with consumers I saw a missed call, I called back the number, to my surprise, it was Theresa telling me that my company wont be paying for my meals, I told her I know, they have cc me on the email that they sent her<br /><br />Just a minute after dropping the phone her Barman came to me in this outlet, saying that Theresa is looking for me, I was very angry and could not understand what is so important that could not wait until the next morning, I was very embarrassed. The Barman had to look the whole town for me so that I can go back to the Hotel and be told about the meal that I have already eaten of which nothing is going to change they can tell me the next morning, my clothes were at the Hotel, I will sleep over, I wont be running away. and on top of everything they are my Clients as well..<br /><br />Next Morning there was too much noise, she did not discipline her guests that were booked at the hotel, she kept&nbsp; sending people to ask me if I will have breakfast and I said No.(had more than 2 People asking me the same Question) the other woman asked what time am I going to check out, because checkout time is 10am (that was never communicated to me) I had to get up and rush and prepare to check out<br /><br />Few minutes before 10am she (Theresa) came to my room to ask me this stupid irritating question. 'are you going to have breakfast? I said No, while she was inside the room she was looking around&nbsp; as if she has lost her husband and suspecting that he was there"

    "Our room was clean and comfortable, but we were not informed that the hotel is closed on a Sunday, so the restaurant and bar were closed. The lady did give us access to the kitchen and provided wood for a braai, but that is not how we planned our trip. If we had known that it was closed we would have made alternative arrangement."
