"we loved the reception and the safety whiles we were at Ekuthuleni Guest House. the staff is amazingly warm and caring and ever available to assist. The improvement would be ensuring that the towels are DRY and not knocking at the guest room for Breakfast especially when its still within the schedule time."

"There was no wash basin in the room. If you used the toilet facilities you had to go out of the room to wash your hands. I had to go out of the room to brush my teeth in full view of people sitting in the lounge and kitchen. It is absolutely unacceptable for a guest room not to have a tap in the room or bathroom. Not sure if it was only our room that had a wash basin out of the room. Free wifi advertised at the entrance but it was not available"
