Biesjesfontein B&B

Biesjesfontein B&B is situated 6 km outside of Springbok and easily accessible from the N7. It is a very tastefully designed log-home nestled in the heart of a Namaqualand plain and surrounded by mountains.

It is the ideal stop-over between Cape Town and Namibia as well as a base to explore Namaqualand. Biesjesfontein is the perfect venue during flower season as Goegap Nature Reserve, Skilpad Nature Reserve, Namaqua National Park and the Richtersveld National Park are all within driving distance. Guests can enjoy the beautiful scenery and return for a pleasant home cooked meal on the patio.

  • "Quaint B&B, fine for a stop over."

    16 October 2014

"Very quaint and unusual B&B. The B&B operates on a system whereby you have to call the guesthouse when you arrive outside on your cell in order to get the gate pin code, as there is no buzzer at the gate to alert whoever is inside that you are there.
Our room was clean, had a jacuzzi bath, TV, along with tea making facilities, shower and WC.
We were offered use of a Braai, but unfortunately there was no wood, and the shops nearby were shut as we arrived quite late in the afternoon so we couldn't use it.
There is a bell service, so if you need anything you just press the bell.
Breakfast was at 8am, and was fine. There was only one member of staff working there, as we stayed out of peak season, so we were the only guests."
