Ambience B&B

Ambience B&B is situated in the small town of Sterkstroom, just a short drive from Molteno. The guest house is one of the town's historic houses and is situated on the main street. The lovely house has been restored to its former splendour and furnished to create a cosy and warm atmosphere with a touch of yesteryear.

Guests have a choice of staying in one of three rooms that are comfortably furnished with single, twin or double beds. Each room is equipped with a TV and tea and coffee facilities are provided.

Every morning guests can enjoy a scrumptious and traditional English breakfast. Dinners are also available on request. We provide secure parking behind locked gates. Ambience also hosts an antique shop and small restaurant where guests can buy meals or browse around.

Guests looking to explore the area can take a short drive to Molteno, which is the home of Ouma Rusks and Stormberg Biltong. Molteno is within the vicinity of the Tiffendal Ski Resort and offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the snow in winter. Guests can go on hikes or walking trails and view rock paintings, fossils and Stone Age implements uncovered in caves and diggings.
