Four Fields Farm

Located halfway between Storms River Mouth and Knysna, Four Fields Farm is perfectly positioned below the Tsitsikamma mountains and is just a stone's throw from Natures Valley. The three independent self-catering units are the Farm House, which sleeps 8 in four en-suite bedrooms; the Blue Unit which sleeps 2; and The Garden Cottage which sleeps 5 in two bedrooms. All units have lovely mountain and garden views. Four Fields Farm is situated in the heart of the Garden Route, arguably in the best position in the Southern Cape, and is an ideal stop-off point on the way to Shamwari or the Addo Elephant Park. Our property is a must for birdwatchers with frequent visits by the famed Knysna Turaco or Loerie, the rare Narina Trogon, both the Black and the Grey Cuckoo-Shrike and the magnificent Fish Eagle.

    "I stayed here with my husband,father, mother, and my children aged 7 and 15 months. We all agreed that it was one of the highlights of our stay along the Garden Route. The house was cosy and very comfortably furnished, and absolutely spotless. Possibly the cleanest accommodation I have ever stayed in! My mother was very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen was.There is absolutely nothing to fault here; the house felt like a home from home, and the gardens were stunning. A special mention should go out to the owner Ilze who was so friendly and helpful, and always checking we were doing ok. I am sure we will return."

    "Awesome place. The farm house is amazing. The rooms with on suite bathrooms let everyone still have there own privacy. We were 12 people and everyone had a amazing time. Breathtaking views and surrounded with things to do for young and old. Four Fields is home away from home. Hosts are awesome and make you feel at home right away. This is the place to go if you looking for tranquility peace and awesomeness."

    "Lovely farm location walking distance from a great farm stall. Short drive to all the activities in The Crags, quiet beaches, Tsitsikamma, and even Plett. Friendly and helpful hosts and delightful kitty. Their gardens are beautiful with several braai and seating areas. We would definitely go back for more :-)"

    "The quality and detail and level of service received at Four Fields B&B is absolutely excellent. I have recently stayed at a very good 5* hotel in Sun City (we all know which one we are referring to here) and the breakfast prepared at Four Fields far overshadowed that of any 5* hotel. I have then later had an accident while hiking on the Otter Trail and booked in again for 2 more days at Four Fields and was really assisted in all my needs during my stay. This is an excellent guest house and I can really recommend this to any person. The rates are also very, very good."
