"more lighting in bedroom, such as table lamps near the bed to facilitate reading"
"We thought that the camp site was brilliant. And so convenient after crossing the border. The only thing was that we would not want to be there if the site was full. There are not enough ablutions to deal with a full camp."
"Everything was great!"
"Nice clean campsite with a relaxed feeling after entering SA after a Botswana trip."
"perfect if you are going to be sleeping over and getting in late and leaving early .<br/>you get what you pay for so nothing fancy .<br/>the staff are very friendly and helpful"
"<p>A very well run and managed establishment. Everything works, and the whole place is neat, clean and tidy. A welcome relief from the many run down, dirtycampsites elsewhere.</p>"
"We camped on the lovely green grass at the Big Fig, There was electricity and water supplied and plenty of shade. The ablutions were clean, and the water pressure for a much needed shower was wonderful!! Management was very helpful and friendly, more than willing to accommodate our requests and offer advice. Restaurant offered all that we needed, even with cuppacinos on the menu. Overall stay was great - so much so that we came back on our way home and camped overnight again. Thank you Big Fig - we would definetely stay over with you guys again!!"
"Good place to stop along road before entering into Botswana."
"<p style="text-align: left;">Vriendelike ontvangs, skoon en gerieflike kamers. Pragtige skoon gerieflike plek. DSTV sein goed. Tydens ons nag daar kon ons in <strong>stilte</strong>heerlik uitrus.Daar wasBAIE karavane en tente. Die mense was almal gaaf en vriendelik. Ek sal graag weer daar wil oornag.</p>"
"Being within a about 3 km from the Botswana border crossing into Botswana, it proved ideal for our first and last night of our journey from OR Tambo airport and our trip to Botswana. <br>We were made extremely welcome by the owner Jan, and found our room most comfortable, and the fridge was a welcome extra. The gardens around the rooms were in excellent order. The attached restaurant served excellent salads and burgers, the only downside was that it closed at 6pm. Again breakfast was good, but we didn't have one on our last stay because they didn't start until a little after 7.00am. However, overall, an excellent experience. Thoroughly recommended."
