  • "Dissappointed"

"On arrival we received no reply from the two call buttons at the gate. Phoned the contact no and were told that they will phone for somebody to open the gate. We drove in when the gate was opened but staff inside could not help us with keys or room. We waited a total of 30 minutes from ringing the bell til our key arrived and we were allocated a room. On closing the door the handle nearly came off. One screw missing, another fell on floor an I fastened it with my thumb to keep it working. Two saches coffee, no tea. My wife only drinks tea. Had to ask for spare toilet paper for bathroom, only a near empty roll fitted. Only a small bottle of shampoo an conditioner. No soap anywhere.<div>Booking stated B&amp;B. No breakfast served with no choice to order offered. No staff at checkout. Dropped key with people living on premises. Could be good with some care and personal attention as the room was good. Would not recommend.<br /><div><br /></div></div>"
