• "Lost Booking"

  "I was extremely disappointed. When I arrived at the establishment, they had no idea of our booking despite confirmation from them. The contact person was not available to help out either. Their solution was to give us accommodation on a farm 4km outside Bloemfontein and my children would need to sleep on a sleeper couch. I will definitely not try making a booking here again."

  "There is no sign outside with the B&B's name or any contact number... When I phoned - I got voicemail. Phoned the owner, she told me to press on the intercom - there is no button working on intercom. Phoned manager again 4 times. No answer. Stayed at another guest house."
