  "David is a friendly guy. Noisiest stay ever, mostly because of staff. Breakfast average, my bed had no cover sheet. Okay overall but not good value and clear that the owner is absent."

  "We had a very bad stay at this venue! Through out the night it was very noisy. The door from the rooms to the dining room opened every few minutes and it is very irritating! How do you expect someone to use the toilet in the bathroom? There is no space to move and you have to be an acrobat just to sit!"

  "Room No.8 cannot be rated as a 4 star? Kettle cord did not reach plug had to boil on carpeted floor. Linen was patchy and marked. Room was not heated, gap under the door did not allow air-con heater to maintain any warmth in the room. Blinds were broken. No satellite TV, only a few channels and not all the time. Breakfast was questionable. Request was made for fresh milk but was ignored. Electric blanket was not working. Requested and paid for two rooms for four pax, only one room was booked. Rooms were situated far apart even though requested together when booking was made. Was asked for payment at the end of stay even though payment was made online to SafariNow. Our kids asked if they could play on the computer and their request was allowed by the younger lady. But older lady disconnected the computer around the corner. Day 4, the older lady insisted on having a conversation with my son in Afrikaans knowing full well he could not speak Afrikaans at all. Will not recommend."

  "Due to various delays on the trip from Cape Town, I booked in late (20:30) and thus did not survey the whole establishment as I would have liked to. However, the room was well-ordered and very clean, with a large flat-screen TV and a very comfortable bed.Plus points: Room well appointed, great bed and TV, large shower, attractive decor. The outside area was well-kept and smart too. Recommended.Needs attention: This applies to MOST guest houses / B+B's: Gentlemen require a shaving mirror close to the washbasin!!! The bathroom fittings were chosen more for their appearance than for functionality - the bathroom looked nice, but didn't work too well for me."
