  "So I called and the ladies that work there opened for me and put in a room that looked absolutely nothing like the rooms on the advertisement. I queried with them and i was told to call the owner and so I did, the room did not look like it was actually prepared for a visitor to stay there, the duvet looked worn out and cupboards were old and besides all of this it looked nothing like the explanation or pictures on site, so none the less the owner came I explained to him and initially just asked to be moved to another room which he replied there are no other rooms and that is the room I paid for, so I asked for my money back and he said i was not going to get it and i must go into that allocated room so i stayed in his office and he called the security on me and that is when I called Safarinow, he eventually "managed" to find me another room from the fully booked ones, it was a decent clean room and after that my stay was peaceful!! Just based on the original room I was place in one start each but on the room i actually ended up using I am very happy with it."

  "Basic overnight room was shocking. No warm welcome, only a lady asking for our a names and if we paid??? We where led to our unit, room was very small and not what was expected, the fridge and microwave cables next to the bed was a electrical shock waiting to happen. Both appliances where dirty and the kettle had a layer of dust and hair particles on it. The kettle has exposed wiring due to the angle of the cable hanging over the fridge. The bedside table had a used toothpick left for us to find. The front door needed muscle to even close and the security door was difficult to lock.The bedding smelled of urine and blankets and pillows too. I understand we paid for basic but cleanliness and hygiene should never be compromised. Will never book here again."

  "We arrived really late and still we received a warm welcome. Spacious room (budget room). The road is noisy, but you get used to it. Floor needed a sweep (bit dusty) and we had no milk in our room for coffee, but other than that, everything was clean and well maintained. Will stay here again."

  "Thula BB offers exceptional value for money. Johan made sure our stay was very comfortable and his breakfasts are excellent. The full DSTV bouquet made all the difference with the kiddies, they could watch their cartoons and give mommy and daddy a little break from the long drive. Ideal for a stop over with kiddies. We will definitely stay over again."

  "We stayed in the two bedroom flat for 5 nights while doing business in Bloemfontein. The rooms are nice, big, clean and comfortable. The lounge with dstv, seating, kitchenette and breakfast nook a bonus. Plenty of hot water and safe, covered parking. Loved the place and will go back for our next trip."
