The interior of this apartment has an African-contemporary theme. It has a huge patio where one can enjoy the afternoon sun and marina life. It is located along the banks of the Marina Canal and Waterfront yacht basin, and is in walking distance of the famous V & A Waterfront which, has a wide selection of restaurants, pubs and entertainment. It is in close distance to all that Cape Town has to offer such as Table Mountain, Mandela Gateway and breathtaking sunset cruises along our fabulous coastline.
There are two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, as well as air-conditioning in both bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, pre-paid telephone, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, DStv, patio and a communal swimming pool. It is located in a secure development with 24 hour security guards.
