This waterfront apartment overlooks the V & A Waterfront and Marina. Being one of our most popular units, it is very spacious and has a wonderful outdoor terrace.

There are two en-suite bedrooms, a safe, lounge, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. It is located in a secure complex with 24 hour security and secure enclosed parking.

    "I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Helenslee 102, the apartment was clean, with good quality furniture and appliances. African elite properties welcomed and received us with such friendliness. Also the apartment is close to all the activities in the V&A Waterfront, we can reach every thing with a 5 minute walk. I already made a lot of recommendations to my family and friends. Note: one of the bathrooms only has a bathtub, with no shower."

    "We had a wonderful time and wish we were still there. The apartment was excellent, large, comfortable, high standard kitchen with fitted appliances and beautifully cleaned everyday. The site was completely secure with the underground parking allowing supurb access to your front door. The location could hardly be better just a five minute walk from the V & A, even less by car. My only wish was for Broadband Wireless Internent availability."
