15 August 2022"We were happy with the location and security.<br/>We feel that it lacked a few home comforts, such as:<br/>New, soft towels Shower gel, shampoo, etc in the bathroom/shower. Mattresses may be due for renewal. Otherwise it served its purpose.<br/><br/>Establishment Response:<br/><br/>Dear Tim,<br/>We are sorry that you found some things lacking. Our flat is self-catering and most people dont expect cosmetics such shampoo etc as they normally stay longer and bring their own products, but this is a good point and well look into it when we get short bookings. Thanks for pointing out the mattresses we will definitely replace them. The towels are new, they are just not washed with softener as many guests request that due to allergies. That makes them hard. Well check guests preferences in future.<br/>Regard Alinbas Haus"

22 August 2011"We received such a friendly welcome. Inga and Ulf are great hosts and ensure you have all you need and more. The flat is sunny and tricks you into thinking you're at home with books and games at your disposal. I would recommend Alina's Haus as the perfect place to stay and explore Cape Town from. No better, more relaxed holiday stay."
