  "The cottage was well equipped and even nicer than the pictures. Loved all the original art on the walls. Liz and Chris made us feel at home. It is close to the beach and the town centre. There is a nice backyard to enjoy as well."

  "The accommodation in perfect in every aspect. It is conveniently located in walking distance to a beautiful beach. The artwork in this accommodation are a feast for the eyes. The owners have taken great pains to ensure that all the needs of their guests are met. Chris and Liz thank you so much for a wonderful stay. We hope to be back.   "Getting more than you bargain for is always a pleasant surprize. Such a surpriseis the gem we found in Alcott House. A beautiful three bedroom home, with one double and two single rooms, two bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and an outdoor braai area.The interior is straight from a style magazine. The location is central and very close to the main beach.What you get for the low daily rate far exceed expectations."

  "The three-bedroom unit is very clean and spacious and the decor is done in good taste. It feels like a home and the owner's own artwork decorates the walls. She is an accomplished artist. Bedding is very comfortable and clean. Situated app. 150m from a small restaurant that serves good breakfast and just one street block from the beach. It also offers full DSTV, not just the skimpy few channels one often finds at other establishments. The owner is very professional yet informal. We booked in early and she did not even mention it. Probably the best position for exploring the Garden Route. All in all a very good experience and excellent value for money. It is well worth supporting this establishment. A class place operated by class people. If you want bling, go to a hotel. If you and your family need good quality accommodation - this is the place."
