31 Ocean Breeze

31 Ocean Breeze is a ground floor, sea-facing unit situated on the main bathing beach of Winklespruit which is protected by shark nets and qualified lifeguards. Guests have direct access to the beach through a locked gate. The complex has 24 hour security.

The modern unit comfortably sleeps six people and comprises two bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. The kitchen consists of granite tops, under-counter oven, ceramic hob and is fully equipped, including a large fridge, separate freezer and microwave. The modern bathroom consists of a bath, toilet and separate shower. Other features include a private patio, ceiling fans, and a large Smart television with DSTV connection - bring your own standard decoder and smart card (not Explorer) . Connectivity to all Openview channels. The patio leads onto a luscious tropical garden with direct access onto the beach. The complex offers a large swimming pool with a separate baby pool, as well as a tidal pool on the beach.

Spar and Pick 'n Pay are withing walking distance. Galaria and Arbour Crossing Retail Shopping centres are 7km away, hosting all the major retail stores.

Please note that the following is to be paid into a separate Complex bank account. (Bank details will be supplied with invoice after booking has been made). Once off bedding laundry fee of R190 for 4 people, or R280 for 5 to 6 people and security levy of R60 per day. These amounts are to be paid into the complex account and not to the Owner. The keys will be handed to the guest by the Complex Manager on arrival.

Enjoy a barbecue at the thatched entertainment area, central to the complex, where holidaymakers can socialize under the palm trees. The property features remote controlled security gates, as well as 24-hour security for your guaranteed peace of mind. Each unit also has a key to the gate that opens directly onto the main Winklespruit bathing beach, and has an allocated covered parking bay, with provision for trailer parking if required. Complex is not pet friendly and does not allow functions and parties.

The Suncoast Casino complex on Durbans North Beach is only a short drive away, while for the golfing enthusiast there are several prestigious golf courses in close proximity. Shopping and doctors within walking distance. A short distance south lies the beautiful Aliwal Shoal dive site, well-known for the ragged tooth shark. Winklespruit is also known to fishermen for the shad that are caught from the rocks.
