This GREAT beach cottage IS ALL YOU NEED for your beach holiday.

It has panoramic sea views and a fenced pool. Spend your days on the golden sea sand or in the waves on your board, then come home to the crystal clear water of the cool blue pool. The property is ideal for children furry or the human kind, with its large grassy garden. It is fully fenced and gated and there are NO stairs inside the house. The lawn is ideal for a volley ball net or a game of cricket, rugby or soccer should you still have energy left.

There is a Weber for braai-time on the front veranda or use the shielded back veranda when it is windy. A flat screen TV with active DSTV card and decoder is supplied. The house is not serviced, you may rent a maid from the local cleaning agency as you require, (book in advance). The property is well secured with palisade fencing, electric gate, indoor and outdoor beams all linked to armed response. There are 2 lock up garages and PLENTY space for more cars to park. There is easy access to sea and sand via a beach access path close to the house or a short, reasonably flat walk to the main beach.

Inside this home you will find the following: A spacious lounge and dining room which open onto front and back verandas, these in turn allow a lovely breeze to travel through the house. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, stove, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all cutlery and crockery. There is additional fridge and freezer space available. Laundry: washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: All bedrooms have ceiling fans, built-in cupboards and hangers. Linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. The house sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms which are configured as follows: 1st bedroom: Double bed. 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Bedrooms are serviced by 3 bathrooms configured as follows: 1st bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. 2nd bathroom: shower only. 3rd bathroom with bath and basin. There is a separate toilet. We have a guard who occupies the servants room, he does not have access to the alarm or house and works random day and night shifts for a security company in the village. He is simply there for additional peace of mind and keeps very much to himself.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: Out of season: 2 nights. Mid-season: 2 5 nights. In-season: 3 to 5 nights. Peak season: If you include Christmas we require a minimum of 10 nights leaving on or by the 27/12 or 28th/12 OR if you are wanting to include New Year we require 10 nights starting/arriving from the 28th or 29/12 or there after. A minimum of 14 nights during the peak time if you include Christmas and New Year,starting and ending on any date. Alternatively: Lesser stays before and after this period (minimum of 7 nights) will be considered once the owner has their primary booking confirmed.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Admin fee once off. Departure cleaning fee once off.Breakage deposit of 10% of the value of the accommodation charge, with a minimum of R2000, refundable if there are no breakages.

    "The house was very well equipped, and very spacious. Especially the large garden was fantastic for the kids to play in. We enjoyed sitting on the patio overlooking the large lawn and the view and sound of the sea. Everything was clean and the linen and towels are lovely. We will definitely return soon!"

    "I loved how new and modern everything was inside the house. And how close it was to the beach. The only negative was the alarm and beam system was very confusing and a mission because it kept going off.Otherwise we were very happy with our stay :)"
