Spectacular beach house is located right on the lagoon with direct beach access, a short walk along the lagoon, great sea and lagoon views. The house sleeps 10 and has additional space at an additional charge, see rules for use of bunk house. Please note linen not provided for additional beds unless arranged and paid for prior to arrival.

The house has direct lagoon access and can launch boat directly off property when lagoon is high enough, alarm with armed response, All linen provided, please bring own towels and beach towels and house has full air-con, braai facilities includes Webber, pool, with net, DStv, card provided and house not serviced, rent-a-maid.

Top level of the house comprises an entrance from double garage to house, the foyer, and the main bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite with full bathroom and heated floor; a second bedroom with queen-size bed and the third bedroom with queen-size bed. All three bedrooms open onto large deck with fantastic views.

The additional three bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, basin and toilet; the fourth bedroom with queen-size bed, en-suite with shower, basin and toilet and the fifth bedroom with two single beds.

The middle level of the house features an open-plan lounge, dining room, kitchen and scullery. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave and large fridge-freezer, scullery with dish washer, washing machine and tumble dryer, guest toilet, a large separate TV lounge, DStv provided opening onto large deck overlooking pool, lagoon and sea, with furniture.

The bottom level features a large open-plan play room with TV and additional beds only available for additional guest at additional cost. The room has bunk beds with double sleeper couch for additional visitors or children, can sleep extra 10 in this large room at additional charge and house opens to pool and lawn.
