Both top and bottom floors have shaded verandas, all furniture is supplied. From the verandas you can view the pool and lagoon. At the front of the property is a private jetty for you to launch and moor your boat onto the lagoon when water levels allow. The house offers a pool no net, an active DSTV card and decoder with Duel-view option, a Weber and stainless steel braai, Wi-Fi and the house is serviced. The property is secured by fencing, an electric gate and beams. It also has two lock-up garages and the alarm is serviced by an armed response team. There are ceiling fans in all rooms and the main bedroom has AC. All bedrooms open onto the top veranda. All linen, bath and beach towels are supplied. The house sleeps 12. Bottom floor: Open plan lounge, TV lounge, dining room, kitchen and laundry. Kitchen: Microwave, hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dish washer, chest freezer with all cutlery and crockery supplied. Laundry facilities: Washing machine and tumble dryer. Top Floor: 1st Bedroom: King size bed, on-suite with bath, shower, double basin and toilet. 2nd Bedroom: King bed, on-suite with shower, toilet and basin. 3rd Bedroom: Double bed. 4thBedroom: 2 Single beds. Bedroom 3 & 4 share a bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and basin. The flat let has 2 singles and 1 bunk bed and is on-suite with bath, shower, toilet and basin.
