  "The double bed in our chalet was w beds pushed together so couples not advised the one matress was so stuff and the other sunken in . The shower is a frustration ! Warm for 5 min and frozen for 5 min and so on ...so its a jump around process to shower , the over priced bf buffet is no buffet at all bacon scrambled eggs, sausages, mushrooms and toast oh and meusli ...the staff is very unhelpful having to arrive late the guy at the gate is lost we driving around after a long road trying to find our chalet ...definitly not worth the money ."

  "In the cottage you have to provide us with the wooden spoon, bigger pots , glass bowls that you can put in the microwave or for salad , the bread knife, the plug for the sink in the kitchen and the egglifter. All these ietems are missing."

  "Arriving from KNP and very tired and hungry as we were driving the whole day, we were surprised to be met by the gate keeper with the news that the restaurant is not open and any beverages etc must be obtained from the nearest town Nelspruit. This was unacceptable as I booked specific to be able to have access to a restaurant after been on the road the while day.<div><br /></div><div>After a few complaints by locals and people at the lodge, the owner was called and he opened the bar area. We did mention to him that we thought that the restaurant will be open as we were hungry and planned to have a nice meal that evening. He did not even hesitated and surprised us with a nice cooked meal that evening.</div><div><br /></div><div>From been feeling disappointed we started to feel overwhelmed after supper, </div><div><br /></div><div>Rooms was average - no Air conditioner (will expect from the area to have one). Next morning our room was flooded after we have showered as the shower outlets were blocked.</div>"

  "The place is nice, is easily reached as is next to the main road, the service was excellent. They even helped us when we were making a braai. The chefs cooked porridge for us, which we appreciated a lot. It is really a nice place to stay at."
