Accoustix Backpackers

Accoustix Backpackers offers comfortable accommodation in Randburg and guests are invited to be part of the earthy vibe of Accoustix and to relax in an open and friendly atmosphere.

The backpacker offers a choice of staying in one of the rooms with either en-suite or shared bathrooms, or in one of the dorms that can be arranged to fit your needs. The rooms are basic, clean and simply furnished, and linen such as clean sheets, pillows and duvets or comforters are provided. The rooms and dorms are furnished with single, double and bunk beds and all bathrooms consist of showers only. Please enquire about group, musician and artist discounts.

The rooms are separated into different housing areas with the main house hosting some rooms, the entertainment area, common rooms and the communal kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridges, pots and pans, or guests can order in from a large selection of restaurants and takeaways close by. Some bookings include a free do-it-yourself breakfast, but please enquire. A bring-and-braai is sometimes held one day over a weekend, with great food, music and vibes.

Guests can cool down or relax around the pool or garden and use the braai facilities in the lapa. Guests can read a book from the library or just relax in the communal lounge and watch Satellite TV. We offer 20MB per guest per day on our Wi-Fi for a small fee. Print, copy and fax facilities are also available, as well as safe parking.

The travel and reception desk will assist in planning your next adventure or local tours. Situated to in close proximity to all means of transport, guests have access to theatres, sport stadiums, major shopping centres, restaurants and historical museums. A shop is situated across the road for basic shopping needs while the Randburg Central Business district is located within a 1 km walk. Free pick-ups are available from the Rosebank Gautrain Station only as well as a 24-hour shuttle service.
