  "Dear Sir/Madam,<br/> <br/>Yes I did in a way enjoy my stay at Panorama Place even though there was no Wi-Fi as it's indicated in their profile.   "We booked and paid for two people. When we arrived there was only one coffee cup in the room and the only spoon available still had the previous guest's yoghurt on it. Never again, thank you."

  "Eienaars was baie vriendelik. Dis jammer dat die lugreëling nie gewerk het nie, en dit tydens ons 4 dae nooit herstel is nie, al het hulle op dag 1 gesë dit sal herstel word. Die hele kamer lê ook vol verlengkoorde. Die asblik se deksel is los en val af elke keer wanneer mens dit wil gebruik. Daar is ook geen eetgerei in die kamer nie, alhoewel daar 'n mikrogolf en yskas is. Daar was ook deurgaans net 2 handdoeke verskaf, t.s.v. die feit dat ons 3 persone was. Die handdoeke is ook nooit vervang in die 4 dae nie. Dit sal ook gaaf wees as die personeel nie 7 uur in die oggend reg voor die venster staan en kuier en aantrek nie."

  "We stayed overnight at Panorama last week Wednesday and what a surprise. We took the wrong turn in Frankfort and had to drive 75km on dirtroad, so it was a very unfortunate situation where we only arrived at Panorama just before 11 o'clock at night. We were so tired, irritated and worried that we would inconvenience Jay, but when I phoned her to tell her that we are on our way and will be late, she was warm and friendly and when we arrived there, her husband was calmness and relaxed, showed us around and then left us so we could unpack and get into a wonderful warm bath and bed. What a beautiful place, we afterwards wished we could stay another night just to spend more time at Panorama. It was a great experience, thanks a lot!"
