"Not impressed - Not worth the price"

"We attended a wedding at the venue on a Saturday afternoon. The waiters and waitresses were friendly, but the service was extremely slow. In terms of the room, the shower door was broken, there was a big crack in the bath, there was no milk in the fridge or rusks/biscuits. Not worth the price. The only perk was not driving home after the wedding."

"My Vocabulary simply falls short when doing this Establishment Justice. Their name could not be better suited, so deserving of every accolade.I would like to say a special thank you to Mr Fortune, from your warm greeting at the gates to you braving the cold all the while bearing a genuine smile making us feel safe and not once worrying about our car, paranoia from previous vandalism at places we have stayed at. Thank you for enduring it all. Also a special thanks to the Chefs and kitchen staff. Accommodating our late breakfast requests and then making us feel like royalty having been served in bed. We will absolutely be back, so much appreciation truly. You will be doing yourself an injustice by not treating yourself to one of the most memorable experiences you will have."

"The stay was wonderful. Place was neat, clean and really tasteful. Just a few comments which we think should be musts in a place like that (rated 4 stars) and also the price they were asking: - No hair dryer available, had to go and ask the kitchen staff early in the morning for a hair dryer - No shampoo available in the bathroom - No bath oil or salts - Breakfast need to be looked at, four cereals to chose from, one juice (orange juice which my daughter could not drink as she was singing that morning), eggs,bacon, sausage and tea & coffee. There was no yoghurt, fresh fruit, etc available. - no proper parking for your vehicle"
