Lona Guesthouse offers luxury accommodation in the quiet area of Malanshof in Randburg. The residence offers luxury rooms and self-catering units ideal for couples or business travellers to the area.
The guest house has 11 rooms, of which seven are fully equipped for self-catering. All the rooms offer TVs, safes and Internet access. The large property is a quiet retreat where guests will find a large swimming pool and expansive garden. There is a laundry facility and small pets are welcome by prior arrangement. We provide secure parking.
The area offers numerous facilities with a beauty salon, a casino and a golf course nearby. There is also a small shopping complex with a supermarket, bottle store and numerous restaurants.

23 February 2016"<p>It was a very unpleasant stay. I would NEVER recommend this Guesthouse to anyone. Firstly the couch was full of old, rotten, dead bugs. The bathroom was full of mould, smellyand filthy. The basin didn't even had the cover over the down pipe and as I was brushing my teeth, I had the bad experience of looking into this pipe with creepy crawlies running around in the inside. They would not even leave toilet paper, unless you count the less that 1/4 of a used roll as enough toilet paper for 2 nights stay! The floor has not been washed in.. I do not even know! Some taps are not working and the one's that are working are leaking non-stop.. tap, tap, tap through the whole night. The light were not working in the bedroom and I had to try and do all the necessary with a dimly lit bedside lamp.. talking about bedside.. the bedside table is broken, so you have to balance it with you knee as you are trying to do the necessary at the lamp. The fridge is leaking, so the tile floor is full of water the whole time, very dangerous, especially at night when you have to walk through this water to get to the bathroom in the dark. This is just a few of the openly bad things about this Guesthouse. A VERY-VERY bad expierence</p>"

06 February 2016"The facility is an older building. I only have one negative comment: My room was not cleaned properly. I had to ask for fresh coffee and one day I did no have hot water. Pool needs cleaning. Otherwise value for money."
