Meadowridge Self-catering

Meadowridge Self-catering offers accommodation in a guest apartment in the well-known Constantia Valley. Meadowridge Self-catering is only rented out to guests travelling together, but if a single person or couple book the apartment, they automatically get exclusive access to both bedrooms. Located on the lower level of a double-storey house, the apartment consists of two double bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with twin beds. The rooms share the use of a private guest bathroom and we provide linen and towels. The small kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, a hotplate and a microwave. We clean the apartment and change linen once a week. We change the towels midweek, on request. Parking is provided behind a driveway gate, controlled by remote and the apartment has a separate garden entrance. We are not close to public transport, sio it is best to have your own car or use a taxi. We regret that we do not take pets and we thank smokers for smoking outside. The Constantia Wine Route is a short distance away from Meadowridge as well as Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and there are some good hikes and walks, including the Tokai Forest and Constantia Nek. The False Bay beaches are a short drive away and they offer some lovely beaches such as St James and Danger Beach. The little village of Kalk Bay, with its wonderfully artistic Main Road, is worth an outing on its own.

The owners were very hospitable & made us feel very much at home with fresh fruit & essentials & even gave us a Christmas gift! The accommodation was perfect for my husband & me & my elderly father. "A friend and I stayed here in October. Roger and Kay are wonderful hosts, very knowledgeable and accommodating. The cottage is cosy, clean and very conveniently located on the border of Meadowridge and Constantia. Lots of good shopping right on your doorstop and its central location means that all of the attractions of the Cape Peninsula are quickly and easily accessed.
