Thyme Wellness Spa and Guesthouse

Thyme Guesthouse Spa and Conference is an urban retreat situated at the edge of the Tygerberg Nature Reserve. Facilities include 7 luxury guesthouse rooms, 4 treatment rooms, a hair salon and nail bar, conference venue and relaxation areas. Facilities include secure on site parking, free Wi-Fi, two swimming pools, a Jacuzzi and steam room. A shuttle service is available at extra charge.

All rooms have en suite bathrooms, DStv as well as tea and coffee making facilities.

Our conference venue seats 14 delegates and has a private viewing deck with spectacular views of Cape Town. We also offer kids parties, baby showers, kitchen teas, birthday parties and other events. Our staff are there to add the extra touches for anniversaries and special occasions.

"Stayed at the Guesthouse for a period of 7 nights and I must say I cannot fault them on anything. The staff and the room was top notch, and even though it is close to the N1 the shutters that they have installed insured we slept peacefully. Will definitely recommend them"

"I did not want to give a comment and rate our stay, but we feel that it is only fair that future costumers are informed. I took my wife to Thyme Guest House for a 5 day stay, paid for in full, but we left after 4 days due to the fact that the guest house does not allow one to sleep in. The answer we got from the manager, upon formally lodging a complaint, was that it is a working spa and hair salon and therefor we as guests must accept the fact that there will be a lot of noise as they prepare the guest house every morning for that days spa clients. We were very disappointed as we specifically booked into a Spa guest house, because we needed the rest and yet this is not possible at thyme guest house. If we were told this up front, then we would never have paid to be deprived of sleep."
