  "A great thank you to Mansfield Game Reserve staff especially JD and Dwayne. We really enjoyed the stay at Eagle Nest and most of all the no electricity had my kids look at alternative ways to keep them busy. We enjoyed the game drive and the fact we could get so close to animals. Many thanks and you will definitely see us again. Cheers"

  "The area was very pretty and we saw some game. However we found the farm small and not a lot of game viewing. The camp site was very pleasant and the staff were very efficient and friendly. Pity that the restaurant was not open. Pool and facilities were well maintained. A lovely spot for a weekend of camping. We did bring home a few ticks, so not sure what can be done about that. Thanks for having us. The one problem was the constant planes overhead and late into Sunday night they were still flying."

  "We loved our two night stay at Mansfield game reserve. The views are unsurpassed and the peace and quiet is so soothing for the soul. The Eagle's Nest cottage comes highly recommended and the family loved taking long walks in the reserve. A great stay with friendly staff. We will be back. Thank you Mansfield."

  "My husband and I spent 3 glorious days at Eagle's Nest. It was our honeymoon and will remain our anniversary getaway each year. The log cabin was homely and comfortable, the view was magnificent and we had a 'wow' moment each time we walked out onto the deck. It was quiet, peaceful and close to amenities. A definite must for nature and bush lovers. Thanks to Gary and Leda for a memorable stay."

  "Mansfield is situated in a beautiful location on the Kowie River, very close to Port Alfred, and has a lot of wildlife! I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the hosts and highly recommend it to anyone. The campsites are very neat and it's a great place for a family getaway! The platforms have wonderful views and are great for large groups!"
