  • "When Gwen the owner got us other accommodation and we could leave Masibambane guest house"

    26 November 2018

"Our request was for self catering. A room with a double bed, TV, bar fridge, microwave and cofee and only a bathroom is not self catering. No place to prepare food or wash dishes. The fridge was dirty and had mould in it. The vegetable draw was full of water which I had to throw out. The garden was very nice and it was a very quiet environment. The facility was defnitly not on standard. I even took photos of the fridge. Please do not advertise this as a selfcatering guesthouse as more people will be unhappy and it is misleading. The room did not even have a waste bin in it and the room was not properly cleaned there were cobwebs in the room. The air con did not have a plug and the was only a ceiling fan in the room."
