  "I had a great stay for 14 days .. The place is very peaceful and quite.. I find it very accommodating for us light sleepers. I enjoyed the pool. The staff was very helpful and they were always available when I needed them. Thanks."

  "A friendly welcome by the owners, the lodge is conveniently situated and easy to find. Pity it was not summertime as there is a lovely pool area. Ideal as a stop -over for travellers and for us, a suitable night's rest as it was only 30 minutes drive from the Pilansberg game reserve were we had planned to spend the day."

  "Bad service.my First night i did not sleep at n4,i was late i try to phone them from 18h00 to tell them that I will arrive late.their phone go voice mail and they don't have land line,I arrive at 22h00 and there was no one to open the gate for me,at 24h00 i decided to look for a room and went to Orion hotel and pay for the night.The next morning i went to N4 ,when i told them what happed i was told i was supposed arrive before 20h00.The owner was no there and his number is on voice mail and they want me pay for that night,no apology.My question that if u are late what u must do if u phone and u are told the only number they have is not available even today??????"

  "The place looks nice but the service they offers is terrible. The room is small and don't have a cupboard/wardrobe to put your things. The television is a disaster, it is the old 31cm television with local channels without clear visions, not even 1 dstv channel. The worst of them all is that we had to leave during the day because we had urgent commitment to attend,they made us pay full amount for the 2nd night even thou we left before 13h00."

  "We only stayed over 1 x night. We also arrived very late. However I was impressed with the way Esme' treated my call that evening. I am sure I woke her up, but that was not too much for her. She was very helpful and we managed to go through. Excellent service. Keep up the god work. It is a pity we did not have an opportunity to have breakfast as we had to leave very early in the morning as we were going to a funeral. But we will be back next time."

  "There is no way to describe the terrible and completely unpleasant stay and this place,1) Esme states on her Lodge that she will personally be there to greet you. She wasn't available as she got a black cleaner to take us to our room. UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!2) It states on the website we must book in AFTER 1. we arrived closer to 2pm and our room wasn't cleaned or the bed wasn't made, The shower curtain wasn't hanging.3) on the website it states that its a self catered accommodation. There is a microwave in the room, a small fridge that you can fit one coldrink Bootle in and small packet of meat. There are no crockery or cutlery, there is no place to clean up. On enquiring where the self catered accommodation was we were told to use the commune kitchen that is more that 300meteres away and the kitchen is cluttered with dirty pots and dishes. DISGUSTING!!!! This is more of an overnight accommodation and not a holiday accommodation.4) it does say on the website that they are situated off the N4 HOWEVER it does not state that there is constant flow of traffic and the constant noise of traffic-no relaxation at all.5) there is a pool table up at the bar? The bar was closed and the cue's and balls for the table are locked away????????? Explain how is one suppose to play if there is nothing available. Its not stated we must bring our own items????6) We called Esme to state our disappointment and her words to us' if you don't like the place take your stuff and leave' we never once said we wanted to leave. When we asked if we leave will they refund our monies or even half and her words were Go jump in the lake I will not refund your monies' OMG I cannot believe what I was hearing.I will report this place to the national credit berau as they do not honour their customers in anyways with regards to customer service and are not honouring the NCA.7) I don't not have a problem with dogs however the dogs barked all night the first night we were there and no-one got up to keep them quiet. 8) N4 rents out the rooms to local construction workers that drank and made noise till early hours of the morning. That is completely unacceptable.I don't feel that this accommodation is up to any holiday standard. SAFARI.COM should relook at this particular resort as this is not a resort but rather rooms to rent. I would not stay here in a heartbeat again and would most definitely not recommend anyone I know to stay their either.Totally and utterly disgusted"

  "Dit was lekker. Ons het net daar geslaap en dit is skoon. Ons het 'n vriendelike ontvangs gehad. Jammer daar was nie tee nie, ook nie 'n teelepel nie om koffie te maak nie. It was nice. We only slept there and it was clean. Our reception was friendly. It was just a pity that there was no tea or teaspoons to make coffee."

  "It was a lovely place. I just want to suggest that they fix their gate or give people a remote to enter the lodge at night. We waited an hour for someone to come and open the gate and we are still waiting."
