"Not Impressed!!!! No 5 stars at all"
30 October 2017"Decided to spoil my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary, only to be let down by Cricklewood. From our arrival there was no manager or receptionist, we were let in by the gate operator. The room was not up to standard, bar fridge was dirty, rugs not vacuumed (full of dirt), pillows had stain marks, no hand soap in the bathroom, shower fixtures were all loose and aged, lock on the main door to our part of the hotel was broken, pool area was very poorly managed (no pillows for pool loungers, broken umbrella, dirty pool and just no general maintenance, I needed to fix the Umbrella myself). The site of the hotel is impressive but there is not professionalism, management or maintenance. A big let down and would not recommend it for the money you need to pay."
