Nicholson 1 is a double-storey townhouse in a secure complex. The cottage offers self-catering accommodation ideal for 12 people. The unit is 400 m from the beach and is ideal for groups and large families.

The townhouse has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen and lounge area offer all the comforts of home. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer and chest freezer, a stove, an oven, a microwave and a washing machine. We provide all cutlery and crockery. The kitchen also has breakfast nook with bar stools ideal. The living room has ample seating and a TV. There are ceiling fast throughout the living area and in all the bedrooms.

There is a covered braai area with a built-in braai and outdoor furniture at the back of the house. The unit has a covered parking area for guest vehicles.
