"Generally it is a nice place to stay in. However; there is still a lot to be done in order to ensure comfort of the guest. First of all, I wasn't impressed with the fact that parking is not secured. There is no access control at the entrance because there is no gate. That made my stay little uncomfortable because o was not sure about the safety of my car. Secondly; the room that was allocated to me had malfunctioning toilet and it created a lot of inconvenience for me. Thirdly; the lodge is classified as a self catering. However, it does not have enough equipment. For example; there was no electric kettle. Lastly; when i was making a booking i requested a room with a double bed only to find put i was allocated a room with twin beds. It was mentioned that the room that was initially allocated prior to my arrival had a blown up geyser which is the explanation I hardly believed.<div><br /><div></div></div>"

"Apart from the stench of raw sewerage on arrival, I can only say that this facility is hopelessly inadequate. The supposed self-catering unit we had boasted a fridge, a rickety table, no chairs and nowhere to put your luggage. Considering the temperatures in Queenstown, one would expect some form of heating in the unit, or at least electric blankets, but alas nothing was provided. The cupboards in the Kitchen area had no doors and looked incomplete. Kitchen equipment was made up of a kettle, a microwave and a fridge. There is nowhere in the bathroom to hang towels. Our overall impression was a disgusting rip off."
