  "Everything one could desire after a long journey was there. Clean and neat. Mesh at doors and windows to keep out the Karroo insects. Misting fans to cool you after the Karroo heat. Lovely outdoor braai area where you can sit and drink in the stillness and experience the closeness of the stars as only the Karroo nights can display. Would have loved to stay longer. I do believe she undercharges compared to other places."

  "The pictures don't do the accommodation justice. This was the nicest pet friendly accommodation we have stayed at. If you have dogs then this is the perfect spot. Ruth is a fantastic hostess, the self catering unit has everything you could need. A little home away from home."

  "My daughter and I needed a place to sleep on our way to Cape Town. Lekker L was available and the most affordable, and therefore we chose it. We were very pleasantly surprised at how great everything was. ! Ruth waited for us when we arrived after dark, to make sure everything was fine. We found the house really spacious, with everything one may need. Everything was new and modern and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely stay there again in the future. Ruth was very caring and made us feel right at home."

  "Lovely place with the most amazing evening stars and out on a plot out of town, if you prefer quieter setting. The items in the house all work properly and even though a couple mozzies at night, there were more than enough anti mosi plugs and spray already available for the guests with tea/coffee. Thank you"

  "What a wonderful one night stay we had at Lekker Le after a long and tiring drive on our way from JHB to CT. Ruth was exceptionally helpful and inviting and the cottage was lovely, comfortable and clean. We had a super braai outside and watched the beautiful karoo sunset. Highly recommend this lovely jewel!!"
