"On arrival at the hotel, there was no payment made by safarinow and we were ask to wait in the lounge until payment reflects in the hotel's account. After about an hour I made a card payment to the hotel directly to get access to a room. When we left the hotel the next morning there was still no payment confirmation from safarinow and my payment to the hotel could not been reversed. To date its still not reversed and communications with safarinow is unanswered. Not the type of service I would expect from either party"
