"The staff was very friendly and helpfulMaintenance was not up to standard. It was poor.The kitchen light did not work and after numerous request the light was only fixed 2 days before departure (we booked for 12 days.light at the back did not work also replaced on the second last day of our stay.The one bed was broken (the 2 brackets under the bed was broken could not move bed then it will tilt.The other chalet upstairs outside lights did not work and we complained but was never fixed. The balcony was a disaster. we could not walk on the wooded deck as the wood was perished and on Christmas Eve we wanted to have christmas eve supper 0n the balcony but the wood broke and we had to move inside. This is unacceptable as this was one of the features that was advertised but was unable to use.I just feel that for the money we paid they had to make sure before the time that everything was in working condition. I feel that like the balcony they should have fixed before they advertised and rent it out. We paid for certain facilities but was unable to use. The maintenance is unacceptable. They should have informed us before hand of the problems. The bed is also unacceptable as this is where you need your comfort.I will think twice before I ever make use of their accommodation in future."
