St Clairs Self-catering Cottages

St Claires Self-catering Cottages are located in a quite area of Saldanha. The six cottages offer comfortable accommodation ideal for families, groups and contract workers.

Named after islands dotted along the coast, each cottage offers a clean and comfortable stay. The six cottages have fully equipped kitchens and lounges with colour TVs. All bedding and bath and beach towels are provided. Each cottage has a lovely outdoor entertainment and braai area; starter firewood and firelighters will be provided. The cleaning of the cottages as well as additional firewood can be arranged on request. We can also arrange to do your shopping prior to arrival.

The cottages are ideally located a short stroll away from the beach, making it a pleasure for families with young kids; there is no need to drive to the beach.

"Disgusted!!! Place looked like it haven't been used in a years , when we walked it looked like they cleaned just before we arrived ,the place was not cleaned probably, spider webs every where ...so dirty and old fashioned. So diappointed for a self catering establishment the stove not working we had no means of cooking,cupboards broken. They have a place to braai but don't provide a grill... Plugs not working in the roomsThe photos is very misleading , not of the establishment at St Claire's where we stayed..This establishment needs to be taken off the map completely, I will not recommend it even to my worst enemy!!!!"

"The cottage where we stayed was very spacious (with two bathrooms) and we enjoyed having the inside braai area available. We had all that we needed to have an enjoyable time and the kitchen is well-equipped. The cottage is located close to the beach (walking distance). Unfortunately a seaview is not possible from this specific cottage, but this was stated as such. There are a few such cottages available. We really enjoyed our stay and will certainly return in future."
