"we booked a Presidential suite, however that was a standard room*no CCTV camera, access control bell not working* carpet dirty with black stains, IT MUST BE REMOVED, has reached its lifespan*wall cracked* breakfast only served when more than 5 guests booked* TV had no sound* open view HD* basin blocked* no hand wash soap* only one sachet coffee placed on table, with no sugar and milk* sliding door obstructed by pedestal and ancient head board.*only one staff member working over the weekend**overall rating 2"

"-Stay away from the standard room as it is actually sub-standard room-Read the fine print carefully as what you read under facilities, the bit that says Includes B&B doesn't mean the price includes Breakfast-The TV set is ancient and the picture is almost black-Not made to feel welcome by being expected or given a courtesy call to find out if you still coming or not-Correspondence sent earlier not responded to-The 3 star as advertised is not deserved and the service is way shoddy will not recommend to anyone"
