Southern Oaks House is situated in a large garden in the heart of Cape Towns southern suburbs. The house is within walking distance from Newlands Cricket and Rugby Stadiums and a short drive away from UCT. It is a twenty minute drive from the airport or the city centre.

Accommodation is offered in an architect-designed studio apartment with its own separate entrance. The apartment is private and the separate entrance is reached directly from the gated parking area. The apartment comprises a light and spacious bedroom, an en-suite bathroom, and a kitchenette. The homely open-plan bedroom is decorated in shades of blue and white. The room opens through glass doors to a large under-cover terrace with spectacular views of the Table Mountain range.

A private barbecue area under the trees in the garden is available on request. Guests are welcome to make use of the swimming pool.
