The Quadrant

The Quadrant is a modern two-bedroom self-catering apartment in the heart of Claremont. It is close to restaurants and Claremonts shopping district. The apartment is also close to the big sporting grounds where local and international rugby and cricket matches take place.

The apartment has an open-plan kitchen, a dining room and a lounge with a flat-screen LCD TV and a basic DStv connection. There is also a DVD player and Internet connection. The lounge area opens up onto a balcony with mountain views. The dining area seats six people and the kitchen is fully equipped including laundry facilities. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has twin beds.

We provide two secure underground parking bays in the building with direct lift access. The Quadrant has a gym with an indoor swimming pool for guests to use.
