"Kitchen cupboard needs attention"
"I loved the calm atmosphere and friendly staff. But the accommodation can improve on the quality of the rooms. Like having shower curtains in the shower, the heater was not working the dstv only plays channels that are unlikely to be watched by people and there was no sports channel."
"The place was nice, clean and central to where we needed to go. Staff were friendly but inefficient. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Satalite TV is not SABC... oh and the TV remote did not work. The Bathroom Shower leaked and the floor flooded it precautions were not taken to prevent the water running along the side of the bath onto the floor. Then there was a small matter of an afternoon party that was supposed to have started at 15:30 and end at 18:30 that was only finishing off at 22:00. When the matter was raised with Tim nothing was done about it. When asked why we were not informed he said its an afternoon party. If we had known beforehand we would not have booked there. Now he says its sabotage... Lets blame the customer Tim!I certainly will not go back and if you book you do so at your own peril."
