The Private Garden Cottage consists of three separate double bedrooms each with a bathroom, one a shower, one a bath and the third with both options. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and a small lounge with DStv access. It is private with a separate entrance and offers lovely rural views.
3 Broadacres is situated within close proximity to attractions such as the Steenberg Golf Estate, the Constantia Vineyards, and the Tokai Forest and is available all year round.

11 February 2014"We staying at 3 Broadacres for 16 days and enjoy every second of our stay.Can't ask for any better location in the neighborhood, the house is in quiet and in secure area but convenience and very strategic. The view is spectacular either from main bedroom or just sitting outside, kitchen is well equip, bedroom is very roomy and the yard is a heaven, specially to our daughter. We are very content staying at this place. Nick and Marcelle are a wonderful hosts. Lovely, friendly, helpful, and very warm. Even their dogs, Ruby and Rawly become part of our family.This is home sweet home place no matter how long people staying. We staying at V&A waterfront area for awhile before we move to 3 Broadacres, so happy we did it."
