A true home away from home and serves as a convenient and central base for exploring all Cape Town has to offer. The villa consists of a main house (sleeps up to 6) and a cottage (sleeps 2) making a total of 8 guests. It is available for holiday, business and short lets.

Constantia Villa is thoroughly cleaned, aired and disinfected before guests arrive. Bathrooms are equipped with an ample supply of hand soap and body wash. Hand sanitizer is available at all entry points. Staff are monitored and trained in social distancing and hygiene. Guests may request staff to drop off sterilised keys before they arrive. Cleaning (if required) to take place while guests are out so as to avoid unnecessary human contact.

Constantia Villa is a well-ventilated free-standing house separated from neighbours by gardens and fences.

The villa is situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood where neighbours value the tranquil nature of the area. TO THIS END, PLEASE NOTE: THE VILLA IS NOT A PARTY VENUE. LARGE GATHERINGS AND LOUD NOISE ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ALL.
