Thecombined lounge and bedroom has a double bed with top-mattresses, side tables/lights, a wardrobe, a four-seater table and an Internet-linked Smart-TV. Fully fitted built-in kitchen (no oven). The apartment is air-conditioned with a very powerful AirCon system! Private veranda with outdoor furniture and UV-heaters.

The luxurious and bright en-suite bathroom has a large sandblasted window, beautifully tiled walls in Mediterranean colors, a corner bath with a hand-shower rail, a designer basin with a cabinet, a mirror and a big shower enclosure in the corner (with shower-rose, hand-shower, strong handle and seat). Fluffy towels are provided.

A double door opens onto the spacious terrace covered by a pergola. This "extra lounge outside" is fitted with a 4-seater dining table, a beautiful stone bench with thick cushions and two UV-heaters to warm you up in chilly evenings.

A maid service is provided twice a week at no charge. Off-street parking. The alarm system includes sensors inside and outside, and is connected to ADT Armed Response. Available on request are restaurant bookings, wine tastings andtransport from and to the airport.
