Mount Cottage has a distinctly country feel both in dcor, views and location. The house is in the heart of the Contantia Wine Valley and conveniently located for you to enjoy the best that Cape Town has to offer.

There are four bedrooms, all en-suite, a formal lounge with TV, dining room, outside patio with dining area and chairs, a conservatory as well as a Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes the following an electric oven and hob, a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and a tumble-dryer. The kitchen flows is open plan with a stunning sun-baked conservatory lounge where you can enjoy the landscaped front garden and fountain. The dining room is just off the kitchen and opens onto a patio with wonderful mountain views.

The house has a beautiful large landscaped English garden filled with lavender and roses. There is a sun-drenched pool in the back garden and just off the covered patio area. The patio has dining area able to seat eight, as well as four lounge chairs. The house has an alarm and has electric fencing for the front and back of the property. There is secure driveway parking for at least four cars in the driveway.
